the floppy dog…a w.i.p. christmas present!

here’s what i’m working on right now.  it will hopefully be seth’s christmas present.  i am going to give it a dainty red leather collar with a heart-tag that says “belle.”  seth didn’t get to know her that well, she left us when he was only 7 months old.

i also have big plans to knit jed an alligator, and micah a dinosaur from the same book, zoe mellor’s knitted toys.  i’m a realist though, it might not happen.  :)

baby shoes

i discovered these shoes on ravelry and think they are adorable!  i’ve already made two pairs, and because they’re crochet they’re pretty quick to whip up once you figure the pattern out.  you can purchase the pattern here, and this seller also has some awesome little boy shoes as well.  i’m just waiting for someone to have a boy so i’ll have a good excuse to buy that pattern too!
