these weird granny squares are a lot of fun to make and try out, but what the heck am i supposed to do with just one? i don’t want to make more… so, any suggestions? throw it in the yarn bucket and re-use the yarn when i have the desire to try new pointless granny squares again? will do! :)

with moving and all, i haven’t sewn in a while! even though this isn’t a “serious” sewing project, i still enjoyed making it. the fabric is amy butler that i got from the dutch girls and have been dying to use! the trim is a silk taffeta i had left over from my fashion show. i still need to sew the zipper in, so it is a little baggy, but you get the picture!

Well, I think I have been working on this for about 30 weeks. My friend made a human in that amount of time, and I made a miniature babette blanket. Hmm… Ok, she wins. But who cares! I’m DONE!!
