that’s a lie. i’ve always doubted global warming. here is our house this morning, and the hubby shoveling himself out. pretty ridiculous!
in this next shot, my car is the snow lump on the far right, and there is actually a car parked on the street which is almost completely buried. can you spot it’s rear view mirror poking out?
until now, i have only knit scarves. here are some picts of a couple goodies i have whipped up in attempt to diversify my knitting portfolio! a beanie which was a shower present,
some dish clothes (pattern from the peaches & creme yarn label),
and something that will hopefully turn into a sweater for the littlest hicks, seth. the sweater pattern is from quick baby knits by debbie bliss.
and, yes, they are all made with the 100% cotton peaches & creme. i figure i might as well experiment with inexpensive yarn… if the sweater looks like 80’s-fest, no biggy! $5 down the drain! cheers!
my hubby got me one of these sweet baby carriers for christmas. i love it! i got the wrap perfect the first try thanks to watching several youtube videos before purchasing. :) i was even able to put my 17 month old in it, and he’s a good 30 pounds! to anyone with multiple babies, check this out. i can’t wait to be able to nurse seth while cooking dinner! granted- the baby slings do that too, but i think this carrier is more comfortable, and even toddlers can be carried in it.
